Privacy Policy

This site belongs to Sid Srivastava, operating as Millwright Data LLC in the United States and Millwright Data OÜ in the European Union. It is a small, static site. It exists so you can learn what I do and get in touch. This page explains what happens with your information when you do.
What I collect, and when
- Contact form. If you send a message, I receive your name, email address, company if you add one, and your message. The form is delivered by Formspree, which processes the submission on my behalf and stores a copy in my Formspree inbox.
- Booking a call. If you pick a time, the booking is handled by Cal.com. Cal.com collects your name, email address, and any notes you add, and sends both of us a calendar invitation.
- Email. If you email me directly, I keep the thread the way anyone keeps email.
What I do with it
I use what you send to reply to you and, if we work together, to run the engagement. I do not sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list. I have no newsletter.
Services this site relies on
Each of these providers may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser type when the page loads or when you use the feature. Their own privacy policies apply to that processing.
- GitHub Pages hosts the site and keeps standard server logs.
- Google Fonts serves the typeface.
- Formspree delivers the contact form.
- Cal.com provides the booking calendar, which may open inside the page as an overlay.
- LinkedIn shows my latest post on the Writing page. LinkedIn may set its own cookies inside that embed, especially if you are signed in to LinkedIn.
How long I keep it
Messages and booking details stay in my email and in the Formspree and Cal.com accounts for as long as they are useful for the conversation or the engagement, after which I delete them. Ask and I will delete them sooner.
Your rights
Whether you are in the European Union, the United States, or anywhere else, you can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email sid@millwrightdata.com and I will respond within a few business days. If you are in the EU and are not satisfied with my answer, you can raise it with your local data protection authority.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
